  The import option is stuck, could you please help? I cant finish the import!

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any stuck import in the WordPress importer on your site, and the logs for taticesblog.wordpress.com don’t show any recent import attempt.

  To which site are you trying to import, and are you using a different importer from the WordPress one? Like the Blogger or Tumblr importer, for example?

  Im trying to import on taticesblog.wordpress.com directly from the wordpress importer.

  The import option says “Importing takes 15 minutes or a while longer if your site has a lot of media. You can safely navigate away from this page if you need to: we’ll send you a notification when it’s done.”and its been like this forever, i can`t do anything :(
  I have already reloaded the page, closed and nothing changes.

  As I said, I don’t see a stuck import on that site, and the logs don’t even show that an import has ever even been started.

  There were some imports started yesterday on the other site in your account, taticesnovo.wordpress.com, but that site does not show a stuck import either.

  Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then log back in and check if you still see that message. If you do, please copy the exact URL appearing in your browser where that message shows, and paste it here for me, please.
