Import is stuck – Squarespace to WordPress

  Hi there,

  I’m trying to import a site exported from Squarespace as a WordPress XML file. I uploaded the file yesterday and it still has not been processed. Is there anything else I need to do in order for this to work? Or can I reset the status so I can try again?
