  Hi! I’m trying to bring my blog over from Blogger. I followed the export/import instructions, but only posts from 2013 to present have come over. I’m missing 2011 – 2013. Any suggestions? Thanks!

  Hi there,

  Is the site you have the XML export file from still online?
  If yes, what is the URL?
  Did you remove all spam, advertising, and unmoderated comments before you created the XML file?
  How large is the XML export file?

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. If the file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the file is very large Staff may have to do the import.

  Hi there,

  The file that you’re trying to import is the template export file for your Blogger site, not the content export.

  Please make a new export file in Blogger and make sure you select the content backup option, not the template export option.
