Import menu to wordpress.com from wordpress blog in localhost?

    I’ve got a site online right now that I want to update with the version in my xampp folder in localhost. It has a ton of pages, but I looked into the Plugins in wordpress.com and there doesn’t seem to be one to import an existing menu. Is there an easy way to do this?
