Import More Files

  I want to import more files but it keeps saying “processing” even though it is finished, so I cannot get to the screen that lets me import more.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not to worry as Staff can reset the importer for you. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.

  For more instructions on how to do a Xanga import, please see:

  Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.
