Import my wordpress website to another wordpress account website. Loading Stuck.

  I am importing my website however, the import is stuck and I am unable to cancel it to restart it. Not sure what to do as I need to import the website asap.

  Correct account: Yes

  Yes I still need help because it has not imported all of my posts. When I go into import the loading is stuck and it says “importing”.
