Import my WP.com blog into a 123-reg website

  Hi. I have a 123-reg website (templates OK but service woeful) and in spite of their pre-sales blurb, they do not offer a proper blog service. As a result, I want to use a WP.com blog I already own and import it into the 123-reg site. They do not have a WordPress plug-in on the latest web-builder package so is there any way I can link to my WP.com blog with html or another html-based widget please?

  BTW, when I say ‘link’ I mean that I would like the blog to appear, as far as the readers are concerned, IN the 123-reg website as just another page / set of pages…
