Import not finishing

    My site has been “processing” its import for multiple days without any change. I cannot redo the import, or cancel it, or really do anything at all.

    I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up and they will reset the importer for you . Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.

    If you continue to have trouble with this, please let me know what kind of export file you have, where your blog was before, and how large a file it is.
