import not finishing

  My import to wordpress from travelpod will not fully complete even thou I got an email from wordpress stating that it is complete..help! no content apprears..the importing is well over an hour now..thanks for any help

  yes..thanks very much…i have figured it out..I am new to wordpress…but getting there..just taking time to get it all transferred..
  Do u like word press? I would have chosen another site maybe but they already converted the files so i figured that was easier..

  I’m staff so I definitely like WordPress :) I use it for my own sites too.

  I would have chosen another site maybe but they already converted the files so i figured that was easier..

  If things don’t work out, you can export your content at any time. If you need help getting your site how you want it, just let me know.

  Thanks very much..I have imported all my content and working on photos now. However, it is taking much time to do. I have downloaded them all but it difficult to know which photos go with which blog post. Is there an easy way that I am not seeing? I have to go back and forth with my travelpod to detect which goes with each one.
  I have quite a few blog posts so this will take quite a while to do.

  Hi Deb,

  I have downloaded them all but it difficult to know which photos go with which blog post. Is there an easy way that I am not seeing?

  TravelPod export files are structured in a way that means we are unable to import images from the .xml file. Instead, you can upload multiple images to your Media Library and then manually add them into your posts.

  If you scroll down to about half way, you will see a section about images.
