Import not processing

My Xanga import is done — received an email to that effect, but I have a couple more xml files to load and I’m still getting the following message when going to the import -> Xanga page: ‘We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.’
Can someone advise as to what to do?

I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up and they will reset the importer for you. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.After that for instructions on how to do a Xanga import, please see: http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-xanga/
Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.
If you continue to have trouble with your import, please try a different browser. You might also try the WordPress importer rather than the Xanga-specific importer.

I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.
If you continue to have trouble with this, please let me know what kind of export file you have, where your blog was before, and how large a file it is.
