Import not working

I’m trying to import content from a self-hosted WordPress site. I followed the export/import steps and I received the following message:
“Processing…We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”I am still getting this message after almost 48 hours. Contacting support has gotten me nowhere. I can’t seem to be able to cancel and try the export/import again either. Help is appreciated.

Not to worry. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up and they will reset the exporter for you. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.
