import not working

    I’m importing WordPress blog posts from a WordPress to a WordPress.com and this has been processing since Thursday. I don’t think it’s working. Can you please look into this? We can’t launch my client’s new Magento site until all the blog posts from the old site are viewable and stored on this WordPress.com.

    What is the size of the XML file, please?
    Is the site you have the XML export file from still online?
    If yes, what is the URL?

    Sometimes the importer gets stuck. If the file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the file is very large Staff may have to do the import.
