Import not working

    Specifically, what is your question?

    Has 24 hours passed?

    Is the site you have the XML export file from still online?

    If yes, what is the URL?

    Sometimes the importer gets stuck. If the file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the file is very large Staff may have to do the import.

    Hi, looks like yours is stuck somehow. I’ll check in with our developers to see why it didn’t clear.

    In the meantime, can you remove any unmoderated and spam comments, and then make a clean export?
