Import not working, cannot clear

    I tried importing my tumblr to wordpress, but it seemed not to be doing anything so after an hour or so I clicked ‘clear account information’ and tried to restart it. I then get this message: ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete.’ I then clicked ‘disconnect from tumblr’ and tried again, but still keep getting the same message. There’s nothing importing as far as I can tell.

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
