Import Not Working / Needs Reset

I am in the process of converting from your paid platform to the free platform, and when I exported my data yesterday I forgot to unselect some sections I did not want to import, and 24 hours later it still has not finished. Can I get the import wiped so I can do the correct, smaller file?

Sometimes the importer gets stuck. If the file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the file is very large Staff may have to do the import.

Yah, I meant to just import my Pages and also took with the last eight years worth of properties I have sold and I can almost guarantee that is the issue.
Like I said, I just need the import cancelled and wiped. I have the correct file to import now.

The paid platform is being deactivated and redirected by end of day on Thursday. I need to have this fully converted over by then or I lose it all together. How quickly can we just wipe the bad import so I can start fresh? I am incredibly concerned about being 100% without a site. :(
