Import Not Working Still

You mentioned that you would fix this issue and its still not resolved. This blog is critical to my business and we need to resolve ASAP. This was the email that (wordpress support team) sent:
We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.
and it’s been radio silent. Please help.

We have nearly five years worth of blog posts..and we only see a handful which I copied and pasted. What can we do?

Hi there,
I tested your import by uploading one of your export files to a test blog. The import brought over 300+ posts. Can you try re-importing the blog file into your WordPress.com blog? It shouldn’t duplicate any files that were already uploaded, but it should bring over quite a few more than it has currently.

If you would like to troubleshoot the issue on reputationxchange.wordpress.com, we’ll need to communicate through the email address on file for the account, not the email address you mention. Can you please reply back to the email I sent to the address on file for the account that owns reputationxchange.wordpress.com?

When speaking to our team member, they did not receive your email ” email address on file for the account,” We have a couple accounts so, perhaps the email is slipping through into spam…but may you please email directly to the owner Leslie Gaines-Ross at (email visible only to moderators and staff)

As I mentioned before, in order to help with the import for reputationxchange.wordpress.com, I’ll need to communicate directly with the email address on file for the account. Currently, that is not the email address you mention. Please check the email address you have listed on this account, which can be found at this link when logged in:
