Import of test blog over-ride current blog

  I created a test blog to try out a new theme by exporting and importing. Once I get the test blog where I want it, can I reverse the process and export and import on the current blog? When I import the test blog with the new theme, will it over-ride all of the current formatting?

  Also, on the test blog this morning the picture widget has distorted the picture on the showcase front page.

  The import only brings in the post content. It won’t affect the theme itself.

  I don’t see the image distortion you’re describing. Were you able to take care of that?

  Thanks I fixed the image distortion. I did the export/import earlier and got the content moved but see I need to do all of the theme changing manually.
  Was hoping the new theme and format would import, also.

  At this time, there is no way to export/import widgets and theme customizations.
