import of wp.org xml not showing up on wp.com account

    Trying to upload an xml file from a wordpress.org export, it completes without any errors, but no postings show up on the wordpress.com blog.

    Hi there,

    Is the site you have the XML export file from still online?
    If yes, what is the URL?
    Did you remove all spam, advertising, and unmoderated comments before you created the XML file?
    How large is the XML export file?

    Sometimes the importer gets stuck. If the file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the file is very large Staff may have to do the import.

    Hi there,

    What is the address of the site to which you are trying to import? The site you indicated in your post is a self-hosted site, not a WordPress.com site.
