Import Old WordPress Site

  Hello. I used to have a wordpress site that was hosted at http://www.webenabled.com. I am not using that anymore and now I want to move my old wordpress site to joannabarrientos.wordpress.com. I have a backup file which I exported from webenabled.com and now that I want to upload all the content of my old site to the new one, I can’t figure out what file should I upload since I’m unable to do the export the site when I can still access webenabaled before. Help please, is it still possible to get my old site to the new one so that I don’t have to do it all over again – the design, posts, etc?

  Have you tried, Dashboard > Tools > Import > WordPress then select the XML file that you exported from your old blog. The design of the blog won’t be in the XML file, just the posts, likes, categories, tags etc.
