    I have imported for a few hours. But it still on the page “We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”. I want to import more. How long do you need to import my passages?

    Not to worry. There’s always a queue for imports and sometimes the importer gets stuck. I tagged this thread for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the trouble! I checked your site and I see that the Xanga importer already finished and reset itself, so if you need you can import more Xanga files now. (We also have a guide for Importing from Xanga you can refer to.)
