Import pending for ever nanterrecyclotourisme.wordpress.com

    Hi All
    I intend to migrate my full cycling club website from overblog (nanterre-cyclotourisme.com and .fr). I started to export it using a Ruby script and got several XML and HTML files for all my articles. However in the Tools menu, import is still saying, since the very first second “En cours… Votre importation est en cours de traitement et un email vous sera envoyé lorsque tout sera terminé. Si vous n’avez pas de nouvelles de nous dans les 24 heures, veuillez contacter le support, nous fixerons le problème.”
    That was yesterday. I even tried another website unsuccessfully

    The script I used is http://sourceforge.net/projects/blogtowp/
    The file I tried to import is named TheBigFile.xml
    (with the categories in it)

    In the meantime, I copied and pasted many pages manually. But still no change on the import page since yesterday. I believe this does not work and how could I “unlock” this?
    I am ready to install wordpress locally and restart from scratch. However regarding this second method there was an FTP import expected that I cannot find either in WordPress

    Could anyone help me please?
