Import photo with Android device

  Hello,
  I have only a nexus 7 and a Kobo arc to manage my blog (theme Bueno). It’s ok with publishing new posts with photos and text. I use the android application. But for the header, I need to upload a picture in the library. I tried both ways but it doesdn’t work …
  Any ideas?
