Import portfolios from an other wordpress site

    Hello,
    I have just created my site on wordpress.com.
    I have activated the portfolio option in settings.
    I have selected the theme Illustratr.
    I have imported from an xml file generated on an other wordpress site.
    The import looks OK for media, pages and posts but projects are not here.
    Is there a parameter somewhere to be changed before the import ? if so is there a possibility to restart the import with an xml file containing the projects only ?

    @hefdut can you let us know which site you were exporting from? Is it here on our servers? We’ll check how it’s exporting.

    If it isn’t here, please just confirm whether you’re using Jetpack portfolios or something else.

    I am exporting from http://blogue-notes.fr/ using Divi theme and hosted on OVH servers. I am not currently using jetpack portfolios.

    Hi there,

    Looks like that you’re using the Divi portfolio module. In that case, you need to contact Divi and ask them how to export that and if possible make it compatible with Jetpack portfolio.

    OK thanks, I’m going to contact them. I think that it would be necessary to convert from divi portfolio to jetpack portofolio. I will keep you informed.
