Import Process for more than 24 hours

Hi – I am having the following message for more than 24 hours:
“We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.
Could you please fix it?

You really need to be patient. These threads are answered by staff based on timestamps and you just moved this thread to the back of the queue, so now it will take even longer for them to get to this thread. It has been tagged. Staff will get to it, but I can’t tell you how long that will take as I have no idea how much of a backlog they have at present.
