Hello I am facing an issue while importing template using a ‘Starter Template- Brandstore’ plugin on my WordPress installation.
Related articles says it might be server error and asks me to reach out to the server administration/hosting provider to fix this issue.
This is the error notice I am receiving – (Import Process Interrupted Your website is facing a temporary issue in connecting the template server.)

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
