Import raw HTML/CSS pages

I am currently working on a blog that I entirely build using HTML and CSS in a text editor. Now, I would like to import what I have made into WordPress, which I don’t really know how to use. The thing is, it’s in a folder with a few .htm files, a .css file, and some pictures that are displayed on the blog. How can I import it to WordPress, which I want to use to submit new posts on my blog? Thank you

Sorry, but you are in the wrong forum. This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.
