Import status is still "Processing…" after received email

There was an error while performing my blog import to http://benchanhk.wordpress.com.
I have received the email that was about “Import failed”, but the import status is still “Processing…”
Please follow up it, Thank you.

I have manually reset your importer. Please try the import again.
Could you also note which platform your export file is coming from, so I can ascertain if you are using the correct importer?

Sorry, the import status is still “Processing…” , which the importer that I used is “Movable Type and TypePad”.
Another importer “Yahoo! 360” that I did not use, its status is also “Processing…” .

I’m sorry to hear you’re still having issues with your import. Is this an import from Yahoo! Hong Kong by any chance? If not, which platform are you trying to import your site from?
If you can upload your export file to a dropbox or similar account so we can try the import from our end, we’d be happy to take care of this for you. Just let us know where we can find the file.
