I began an import on cparmycentral.com well over 48 hours ago now, and it still hasn’t finished/won’t let me import the next file as it still says it’s processing. Seeing as the page says to contact if I’ve not heard back within 24 hours, I was wondering if you could help.

A WordPress.com staff member will probably have to reset the import. I’ve tagged this thread for their attention.

Platform? A PC, was a downloaded export from cpsmac.com

Hi @jodiemariexoxo, got it, so you were importing from WordPress.com into another WordPress.com site.

Can you go ahead and try importing once more?

Processing is normal. It’s just not normal for it to go longer than a day. Did it finish this time?
