Import still processing after 24 hours

Hi, I am trying to import files from Xanga, I have already imported 6 files that gone well, however, the 7th file is still in import process after 24 hours. Not sure if it just need that much time, or something went wrong. Thanks

I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.
If you continue to have trouble with this, please let me know what kind of export file you have, where your blog was before, and how large a file it is.

Hi, my 7th file imported well after the reset.
However, the import of my 8th file is still processing after 24 hours.
The files I imported were xml file that about 300KB. And those were the film I downloaded from Xanga.

I’ve reset the importer again for you.
If you’d like, you can upload your final file to dropbox or a similar file sharing service so I can access it, and I can try the import on my end. Alternately you can send it via email as an attachment; in that case, please make sure my name is in the subject line and there’s a link to this forums thread in the email itself.
