Import still processing after 24 hours

I have got an e-mail that my import was failed but I could not stop it. After more than one day it is still ‘importing’. Any ideas how to solve it?

usually a 24+ hour import requires staff to reset the importer. I’ll mark this thread for staff assistance and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. That usually doesn’t happen on the weekend, but by Monday sometime you should have it sorted.
