You only need to wait 24 hours before posting here. To get Staff to reset the importer I typed modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Then please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

I got a similar problem to you as well. Just added ‘modlook’ tag and see how it goes.
And I don’t know why after I’ve imported .xml files from the first to the last one, even I’ve done this cycle twice, the posts are still not completely imported to my wordpress site.

I have reset the importer on your site. Can you please try importing that file again?
Let me know if it still won’t import correctly.

I looked at your site’s logs and I see the file you’re trying to import is over 21MB big. However, the importer has a file size limit of 15MB.What is the URL of the site you’re exporting from? You will need to break up your export file into smaller sections. You’ll find that option under Tools ->Export in the dashboard.
Note that with this method, images that are unattached to posts might not be transferred, but we can help if that happens, so just let me know.

Ok, thats not a problem. I was debating if I wanted to move everything anyway. So, I’ll try a smaller selection from posts and go from there.
Thanks so much! -
As long as the export file is under 15MB it should import correctly, but let me know if you have more problems with this.

From where are you trying to import? What is the source site’s URL?
I have reset the importer if you want to try again. I’m also checking your original import file for any errors that might be causing this.
Do you have a lot of comments on the posts you’re importing? As in hundreds of comments per post? That sometimes causes problems with the export file, in which case making the export as small as possible, like only a month or a year’s posts (depending how regularly you post) at a time, usually does the trick.
