  it looks like you are starting a new blog here. You did not mention what you are trying to import, or from where so all i can offer is:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=importing+content

  If you are trying to import from one of the supported blogs (as mentioned in the above document) make sure your login to that blog is correct.

  Did you export the old site before trying to import it to the new one? If not, you might try the steps outlined here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/coming-from-self-hosted/
  AND
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  Note: Some of the instructions from these guides refer to the WP Admin dashboard. You can get to this dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s url (e.g.: example.wordpress.com/wp-admin)

  Hi there,

  I’ve reset the importer for you, so you can try again. Please make sure your import file is smaller than 15MB, and if you have a lot of spammy comments on your self-hosted site, please first delete them and create a new export file and try importing that instead.

  If people report a stuck import, please tag the thread for staff so we can fix it. This isn’t something users can fix on their own.
