Import stuck

  Import for my posts from Medium is stuck. The file seems to be less than 200 KB. Can you please reset it.

  Hi parthsethi1,

  I’ve reset the importer on parthblog.com. Could you try refreshing the page and running the import again?

  Thanks gemmacevans, I tried importing again and it got stuck again. Do you know what the problem might be? I am doing the standard Medium important that I have done a few time before as well.

  parthsethi1 – I am not seeing a pending import file from the second attempt. Are you willing to share the import file with us via email? Then we can try from our side and see what’s going on.

  Hi @parthsethi1, actually I think we do see the issue here. We’re seeing if we can get it unstuck for you, but in the meantime if you’re willing to send us the .zip file (you can upload it and link here, or we can email at your request) we will try running it from our end.
