Import Stuck

  I tried importing a blog from another wordpress account I have, but I forgot to unzip the file first.

  Now it’s stuck on processing my file and I can’t see a way to cancel it.

  It’s been stuck like this for a few days.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @paulsrantonwaste, I wasn’t able to find stuck imports on this account. If you’re having trouble with another account can you log in as that user and send a link to the site?

  Hi –

  I do not see any pending import files on paulsrantonwaste.wordpress.com. Are you trying to import another site via .xml or transfer ownership of the site?

  I downloaded a blog post from another wordpress account using the built in wordpress export feature that I wanted to import into this one.

  Instead of importing the .xml I accidentally selected the .zip file to import

  I’ve done this before for the other three blog post currently on the site.

  @paulsrantonwaste thanks for your patience. I actually just noticed the indicator is stuck on your side, even though the import process was completed a while ago. We’ll try running the import from our end for you to see if that will clear it up, and meanwhile have reported the issue as well. Cheers :)
