Import stuck, always asking to reassign users even after “success”

Hello,
The site appears to be stuck on on import. I did initially input a file too large (25mb), so that may be the issue. I tried cancelling and running it again to no avail. From what I’m reading I need to limit my files to 15mb or less, but need someone to reset it before doing so. If someone can assist me I would appreciate it.
