Import stuck at "processing"

  Our import has been stuck at “processing” for months. I’d like to clear the import and try again. Can you help us reset?

  If you are still waiting on the importer to finish, a WordPress.com staff member will have to have to reset it. For that add “modlook” to the tags section in this forum thread. Make sure you’re subscribed to the topic so you’ll be notified when there is a response.
