  Hi there!

  Could you please clarify if you are migrating an existing WordPress site or just a content only import? If you are migrating an existing site, could you please share the URL of the site?

  If it’s a content only import, could you please clarify if you are uploading an XML or zip file and the overall file size?

  My site is also stuck on an import loop. I’m trying to migrate all my content in an XML, and the file size is 36MB. I’ve tried a different browser, clearing my cache, and force refreshing the page. No luck.

  Hey there!

  We’ve reset that stuck import status for these sites, so you both should be able to start that again if needed.

  For XML imports, we generally recommend importing smaller size files, up to 15 MB. If you need, you can export the original content in smaller segments, or there are also XML splitter tools available for free online that may help too.
