Import stucked

  I lunched wordpress import more than 30h ago and it is still in progress, but there is no progress. I think it stucked. What should I do to reset and start over again?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  A import process that’s stuck can be stopped only be a WordPress.com staff. I am tagging the post with “modlook” for the WordPress.com staff’s attention. They should be able to stop it.

  Once that’s done, you can try the import process again. Make sure that the .xml file is no larger than 15MB.

  It looks like the import has completed.

  Do you see the imported content? Click on My Sites > Posts for example.

  If not, I’ll clear the import tool again but I wanted to make sure first.

  I was using import files much bigger than 15MB, my fault.

  It was partially imported. I still have some data to be imported but it will be less than 15MB this time.

  Please clear the import tool again.

  Good morning –

  I’ve cleared the importer again.

  Breaking the file in to smaller sizes will do the trick. Write back with any trouble.
