Import Subscribers to Self-hosted Site

    I recently switched over to self-hosting my site on blu host. I successfully migrated all of my content (posts, photos, comments) with an xml file that I exported from my wordpress site, but my email subscribers were not included in that file. I’ve downloaded Jetpack onto my self-hosted site and now want to import my subscribers from wordpress to my self-hosted site. Any ideas how to do this?
