    Hi there,

    Can you tell us more? We are able to see that you tried to import but the file that you uploaded looks like it may have some issues. What is the URL of the site you are trying to import “from” so we can take a look.

    Is it online so we can visit it now? Are you able to create a fresh export file that you can try to use again?
