import taking longer than 24 hours

  Trying to import a wordpress site to my client’s account (celestialbalm). Attempted import over 48 hours ago and it still says it’s processing. Anyway I can reset this and try again? Have been unable to find any help searching through the support pages! I need to get started on this site ASAP, please help!

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck and this thread has been tagged for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. Know that you will be waiting in line with everyone else and patience is required.
