  I’m importing a previous WordPress archive to a new site into a new account and it has been more than 24 hours. What are my options?

  Hi there,

  Sorry for the delay. We’ve had a bit of a backlog in tickets.

  But you’re all set! I have killed the import that you were doing before and reset the system. You should now be able to do a new import.

  Let me know if you run in to any troubles and I’ll see what I can do.

  Excellent! Thank you very much for your help. I’ve restarted the importing so all going well, everything should be uploaded soon.
