import to wordpress or transfer service (paid)

Months I found a paid service from WP.com to transfer your site to WP.com. It cost about 150 dollars or so.
Because my site contains newsletter subscribers as well as an email box/ address i like to keep using, i dont trust Forrest Gumping myself through a transfer. I want a professional from WordPress to do it.
Does anybody know where I saw that service? I seem to have lost the link.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Any competent WP professional can do this for you, presuming that you don’t expect all your embeds to work, theme to transport across, and so on. $150 seems a bit steep though. It’s literally fifteen minutes work, including the email change.

Thank you for responding! Unfortunately, the four “WP professionals” (all Dutch) appeared ignorant of the fact that WP.com offers a well rounded hosting service. They will start off: “If you are professional you will need your own domain name!!” So they dont even know you can get or import any domain you like to work here.
I dont trust someone responding like that to transfer or import, if they dont know what wp.com is. -
Then keep looking for someone who is well-versed in WordPress.com. The Code Poet listing should specify some. http://directory.codepoet.com/ I’d do it myself but I’m swamped lately.
