Import tumblr

  Hi there,

  I am trying to import my Tumblr across and it got stuck at around 3767 posts – around half of my Tumblr posts. I followed the instructions and pressed ‘Clear Account Information’ but now when I press the ‘Import this Blog’ button again, it comes up with a message saying ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete.’.

  How can I finish the import and get the rest of my Tumblr moved across?

  While it generally does not take too long but considering the number of posts, media and other data, it can vary. If you have followed all the steps in the article shared above, you can wait for some time to let the process complete.

  If the process is already running in the background like you mentioned the message; grab a coffee. Let it finish, sometimes it might take a while. You should also get an email once the import is completed.

  Thanks for your help. I did wait for the import to complete, but it got stuck and wasn’t continuing to import.

  On the import page, it says “If your import gets stuck for a long time then click on the “Clear account information” button below to reset the importer.”

  I have done this and then attempted to import the blog again and it still says ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete.’.

  Please help!
