Import Tumblr

  I’m trying to import my tumblr blog and the import got stuck (unsurprising, I’ve had it for about 5 years and it’s… very large) so I hit clear account information to try again, but even though there’s no active import running it won’t let me try to import again for that reason?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, I’ve tagged WordPress.com staff to help you with resetting the importer.

  You’ll likely receive a response within a few hours from a staff member, but in the meantime, you may wish to take a look at this thread: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/tumblr-imports/

  Once it’s reset, please bare in mind the following as advised by staff:

  Please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.

  Hope this gets resolved soon.

  Thank you so much, in retrospect I probably should have read the forums before trying to import, since I figured there would probably be a high number of people importing their blogs.

  I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.
