Import Tumblr blog fail

    Hello! I tried to import all my content from one of my side blogs on tumblr to my new wordpress website, but it was loading one or two hours with no progress shown. I cancelled to process and cleared my account information and clicked the button for import again, but now I get this text:
    ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete.’ But there is no import currently running anymore. Can you please help me? Thank you!

    Hi there, I’ve tagged WordPress.com staff to help you with resetting the importer.

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
