import Tumblr has stopped

  bonjour,

  l’importation de mon blog Tumblr s’est bloquée à 3175 articles. Il manque les articles publiés de septembre 2017 à avril 2018.
  Pourriez vous relancer l’importation.

  Hi there,

  It appears the Tumblr import on your site has failed, so I’ve reset the importer so you can try again. Please let us know if it hasn’t completed after 24 hours.

  If some posts have already imported they will be skipped by the importer during your next attempt, so they should not be duplicated.

  Thanks for your help.
  4464 posts have been imported, but my Tumblr blog contains about 5800 posts. The post from September 2, 2017 to January 4, 2018 has not been imported.
  Can you do something ?

  Hi there,

  Have you attempted the second import? The posts from September 2, 2017 to January 4, 2018 should import over without other posts that have already been imported duplicating. I checked and it doesn’t look like you’ve started a second import. Also, you have plenty of space in your media library, so try the import again, and let’s see if you can get the rest of the posts over.

  Hello,

  After blocking at 3175 posts, I made the 2nd import which stopped at 4464/4464. This figure reported by Tumblr does not match the entire Tumblr blog.
  Should I disconnect from tumblr and retry a new import?

  I just retried a new import : it stopped at the number of posts indicated by Tumblr.
  This amount is probably the number of unflagged posts (according to its new rules).
  Imported posts have flagged posts, but the total number imported stops at the total number of unreported posts.
  The first published posts (in 2017) are not imported.

  It sounds like Tumblr is not allowing us to import the other posts, then. In that case there isn’t really anything we can do, so please try requesting an export of that content in your Tumblr settings instead. That way you at least have a backup of the content, and you can always add it back as new posts on your WordPress.com site over time.
