Import – where to find imported articles?
-
I checked all FAQs and questions on import and cant find a soIution, so please help.
I want to move my blog to wordpress.
I imported a movable type txt file which contains articles from my blog on another blog platform (twoday.net). I exported in twoday.net and received a txt file. I imported this txt file into WordPress. Now I cannot find neither the txt file nor the articles. I would have expected to find all these improted articles under “articles” in the wordpress blog.
A) how do the imported articles appear?
B) where is the import txt-file?
C) Did I do something wrong or is there another way to get articles imported? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @lernenmitblogs – Your imported articles should appear in Posts->All Posts. If you still don’t see them, can you please link me to the specific WordPress.com blog you’re importing into so I can take a look? You have a number of blogs, so I’m not certain which one it is.

Thank you eurello,
All Posts is where I expected to find my imported post, but I can’t.
I have done the import in my sandbox blog:
http://testfuerpakito.wordpress.com/wp-admin/I have received an email indicating my import went correctly. But still I dont find any import file mor any new posts – it should have been quite a number of posts I imported (20 or 40 or so.)
Thanky for any help.
What I really want to test is if I will be able to move my twoday.net-blog to wordpress.Cheers
