Import Word Press Back Up

    My blog used to be in a differente domain, but still word press. We decided to move by ourselfs, who administrated our blog sent the back up, I’m trying to import the file, but with no success, the file get uploaded, I receive an e-mail with the confirmation, but the posts does not appear. What should I do? HELP
