  Hi, I want to import all data (include comments,posts and thema and everything) from this host http://www.kogaionon.info/ to http://oceanospotamos.wordpress.com/

  How I can do that?

  You can’t import external themes. The ONLY themes we can use on a WordPress.com blog are those on the WP.com dashboard under Appearance->Themes. The only exceptions are the VIP program, which costs thousands a year.

  You can export things easily by going to your dashboard, tools, Export. Then at your WP.com blog, go to dashboard, tools, import.
